  • Issue payment receipts and event entry passes / e-tickets;

  • Send event-related updates and, with your consent, future event invitations (with an unsubscribe option);

  • Statutory or regulatory authorities, where disclosure is required by law or court order;
  • Professional advisors (auditors, lawyers, accountants) on a need-to-know basis.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations (including tax and accounting records, typically eight (8) years), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it securely.
