This page sets out the pricing for event registrations purchased on http://heftn.com. All amounts are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR / Rs).

1. Standard Event Registration Fee

The standard registration fee for an event organised by Hindu Economic Forum Chennai and offered on this Website is:

Base registration fee: Rs 1,200 per registration
Applicable GST: 18% (Rs 216 per registration)
Total payable: Rs 1,416 per registration (inclusive of GST)

Where an event-specific fee differs from the standard above (for example, early-bird pricing, premium ticket categories, or partner-organised events), the applicable fee will be clearly displayed on that event’s registration page before payment.

2. What's Included

The registration fee covers the registered attendee’s access to the event (in-person or online, as applicable), event materials, and any inclusions specified on the individual event’s registration page (such as refreshments, lunch, or a delegate kit, where offered).

3. What's Not Included

Travel to and from the venue
Accommodation
Personal expenses incurred during or around the event
Optional add-ons or upgrades, if any, which will be priced separately on the registration page

4. Taxes

The GST rate of 18% shown above is the rate applicable to event-admission services at the time of publication of this page. The actual rate charged at checkout will reflect the rate prevailing on the date of the transaction. The exact GST amount and total payable are displayed on the registration page before payment is initiated.

5. Payment Methods

All payments on this Website are processed securely through Razorpay. Accepted payment methods include Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and supported digital wallets.

6. Currency

All transactions on this Website are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). The Website does not currently support payments in any other currency.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds on cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds Policy. Payment-gateway charges are non-refundable except where the cancellation is initiated by us.
