C.C. Business Support, on behalf of Hindu Economic Forum Chennai, offers only event-registration services on this Website. We do not sell or ship any physical goods through this Website. All deliverables associated with an event registration are digital.

Payment Receipt

• A payment confirmation receipt is emailed automatically to your registered email address immediately upon successful payment.

Registration Confirmation & E-Ticket

• A registration confirmation including event date, venue (or joining link, for virtual events), and any e-ticket / QR code is emailed to your registered email address within twenty-four (24) hours of successful payment.
• For events scheduled within 48 hours of registration, the confirmation is sent within two (2) hours.

Pre-Event Communications

• Closer to the event date, you will receive logistical communications (venue map, parking, security guidelines, schedule, speaker line-up updates) at the registered email address.

If you do not receive your confirmation or e-ticket within the timelines stated above, please check your spam / junk folder and then contact us at heftamilnadu@gmail.com with your Razorpay transaction ID. We will resend or reissue the confirmation within two (2) business days.

As no physical goods are sold on this Website, no shipping charges, courier services, or delivery timelines for physical items are applicable. Any physical event material (badge, kit, merchandise) is handed over in person at the event check-in counter on the day of the event.
